REFUND POLICY

We will try our best to satisfy our customers with our service. There is no issue in case you decide to cancel the service after payment, we will arrange to refund your money as per our cancellation and refund policy.
Under this cancellation policy you can request for a refund of fees you paid subject to the following conditions :

  1. In the event of cancellation of any paid consultation for which payment has been successfully made, the cancellation request will be considered only if the request is made within 3 days of service availing subject to deduction of processing charges of 30% from the total value. In any other case, deduction will be subject to level of processes completed and on the sole choice of company.

  2. Unilex has also reserves the right to disconnect the services to the subscriber in case of any reasons, including negative address verfication, non payment, violation of any terms of this agreement, usage of the service for any illegal or immoral activity etc.

  3. Once the fee is paid will not be refunded due to any consequent changes or restriction or limitation at user or govt end or any rejection at govt end, however consequent incremental changes in govt. norms/rules or fee, the additional cost so levied by the govt, shall be borne by service receiver only.

  4. Approval not guaranteed by the approving authority will not be considered as the ground of non-performance of service. In case, we only take registration filing and closure filing services, closure will totally depends on MCA, in case Government rejects the closure, the refund will not be issued to the company.
    Also, the fees which we have paid on your behalf to other professionals or contractors, DSC fees and other government fees, and proportionate other charges, will not able for refund in any case.

  5. We are not responsible for either rejection or resubmission in the case of special entities like Nidhi, Section 8 or Producer company, If Any rejection or resubmission comes, Unilex is not in a position to refund your money back.

  6. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a mail to info@unilexconsultants.com with your order id.

  7. Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
