    Whenever there is a change in the registered office of the company outside the local limits of the city then the same can be done by passing a Special Resolution and a notice of the change of the registered office along with a verification of the registered office needs to be filed with the ROC within 15 days of such change.

  • 4.One state to another
    Whenever there is a change in the registered office of the company from one state to another then the same can be done by passing a Special Resolution along with prior permission of the Central Government has to be taken and a notice of the change of the registered office along with a verification of the registered office needs to be filed with the ROC within 15 days of such change.
